 | We became acquainted with Texas Oasis Pools when we begin exploring the possibility of adding a heater to our new swimming pool. After speaking with a few different companies, we met Shawna. She measured our pool and explained the options, the different pro & cons, the cost and the operation considerations. Her presentation was very professional without any heavy sales push. Jason installed our new heater (On Time as Promised) and was very contentious in explaining the items we need to support the continuing operation. | Texas Oasis Pools has been taking care of all of our pool needs for many years. Shawna and Jason are a wonderful example of the high level of personal service and professionalism that one hopes for in a small family owned company. They have always given us the best advice concerning equipment replacements and accessories - the latest of which is the pool cover which we purchased last year and we love it. They remain extremely accommodating and reliable in every regard. Our dogs love them and I highly recommend them to anyone regarding every aspect of pool maintenance and ownership. | We never expected to call the number on a flier and receive the service and guidance they provided so far. We never call or respond to that type of marketing. It turned out to be the best thing ever for our home. Jason is extremely knowledgeable and services the pool as it was his own. Shawna always looks for options that turned in to $avings. | Shawna and Jason are great. We moved here in September of 2009, I called Texas Oasis for some help on our equipment and both were great to offer their insight. Since then I have purchased supplies (pricing very competitive), new pool cleaning equipment and cleaned my pool. I won't use anyone else.  | We hired Texas Oasis Pools in 2008. It is my first time owning a pool. When we purchased our home we had some problems. Jason repaired the problems at a reasonable price and quickly. They are a husband and wife team who are very personable and friendly. They are knowledgeable and keep us informed. For instance, since I have never had a pool I had no idea that our pump automatically turns on when the temperature gets close to freezing. I have a tremendous amount of trust in them.
